Williams was first raised by her father, who was a Brooklyn firefighter. She was then raised by her mother (who resided within Tribeca Manhattan) after the separation of her parents when she very young. Williams attended Chinatown New York High School in Chelsea as well as Nazareth College, Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran in the field of manicuring who has not ever been content with just regular nail polish.
